LIZETTE POMPA
Hi, I’m Lizette Pompa—a Yoga Teacher and Strength Coach passionate about helping women feel strong and empowered.
Originally from Mexico, my journey with yoga started back in 2009 when I was living in Madrid. From my very first class, I knew I had found something life-changing, and I’ve never looked back.
Fast forward to 2012: I had my first daughter. Like so many new moms, my body didn’t feel the same after pregnancy. I started experiencing aches and discomfort, and I realized I needed more than yoga to feel my best.
That’s when I decided to combine my yoga practice with strength training. Lifting weights wasn’t something I’d ever imagined myself doing, but within months, the aches were gone, and for the first time in ages, I felt strong and confident in my body again.
It wasn’t just the physical changes that hooked me—it was how this combination of yoga and weight training made me feel. Strong, confident, and in touch with my body again.
Over the years, I’ve deepened my practice with certifications in Yoga Medicine, Jason Crandell’s Yoga Method, and Yoga Detour Method. In 2019, I also became a certified personal trainer and stregth coach to combine the best of both worlds—yoga and strength training.
I’ve been teaching since 2010 and, in 2019, I launched my app to make it easier for women like you to access yoga and strength programs that fit into real life.
My mission is to help women in their 40s and beyond feel stronger and more at home in their bodies. I want to create a space where you can show up as you are, lift weights, do yoga, and feel empowered every step of the way.
