Hi, I’m Lizette Pompa, and I’m so glad you’re here! My passion is helping women feel stronger, more confident, and empowered through the fusion of strength training and yoga.

5-WEEK BEGINNER

If you’ve never lifted weights before but want to start, this program is designed just for you!

Over the next 5 weeks, you’ll learn foundational lifts that will set you up for long-term success. You’ll build strength, stability, and confidence with three full-body, follow-along workouts each week, all in just 30–35 minutes.

This is your chance to discover what lifting can do for you, and fall in love with how powerful your body is.
